I wish somebody would care about me enough to remember these kinds of things.

I’d marry either in a heartbeat.

This song in general of course is spectacular, but the way Juliet sings it brought a whole new meaning to the song for me. And I think this is my 2012 song. I will continue to listen to it a hundred an one times a day and continue to feel different emotions and see different parts of my life from new perspectives.

Ouch :(

I got road rash today on my right leg, my elbow, and the back of my thigh.

I was rollerblading back from the parade and this cop was spreading his arms and legs telling me to stop and I hit a crack and BAMB hit the ground so hard and when I get back up and try to keep hauling ass home, she starts to yell at me that “you can’t rollerblade in the road” and says

“What’s your name?”

“Rachael…”

“I’m sure you’ve got a last name.”

“Constantine… I’m just trying to get home.”

“I’m sure you are, how old are you?”

“18.”

“Where do you live?”

“9 Harrison”

“If I see you rollerblading on this road again I’m going to write you a ticket.”

And while I’m on the verge of tears because my leg is on fire and he’s being such a prick, I tell him okay and then he yells at me to sit down and take the blades off so when I start to sit down he’s all “No, over there, sit on the stairs.”

So I take em off and put em in my bag and as I start walking back to my house IN MY SOCKS he follows me to make sure I’m not putting them back on and asks me if I’m okay…

ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I have patches of skin missing, I’m bleeding, tears are welling up in my eyes, and I’m walking on burning hot pavement in thin little socks and you’re gonna ask me if I’m okay?

A TICKET FOR ROLLERBLADING?!

I have some research to do. This is ridiculous.

Agreed.
I didn’t do it, but if I’d done it:

My sister, Veronica and I had this double act
And my husband, Charlie traveled around with us
With the last number in our act
We did 20 acrobatic tricks in our world

One two three four five, splits, spread eagles
Flip flops, back flips, one right after the other
Well, this one night we were in Cicero

The three of us, we were in this hotel room
Boozin’ and havin’ a few laughs and we ran out of ice
So I went out to get some

I come back, open the door
There’s Veronica and Charlie
Doing number seventeen, the spread eagle

Well, I was in such a state of shock, I completely blacked out
I can’t remember a thing, it wasn’t until later
When I was washing the blood off my hands
I even knew they were dead

They had it coming, they had it coming
They had it coming all along
I didn’t do it, but if I’d done it
How could you tell me that I was wrong?

I saw a car like this yesterday.

influentialblogger:

there is this ultra-conservative kid from my school who has a television program on our public access channel
anyway, he wrote this book about politics and his life and he’s releasing it online via amazon or something. he posted a photo of the word document on his computer screen (does no one know how to take a screenshot?) to facebook and i guess it’s 195 pages long.

i’m not sure if his experiences thus far actually merit 200 pages of writing, but that’s up to him to decide. what i do know is that the book will likely be a collection of anecdotes regarding his experience as a conservative teen. you see, he genuinely believes that he has it bad because he’s conservative. despite the fact that he fails to ever shut up about his views, he believes that anyone who opposes his views is out to get him. forget that he’s white, male, heterosexual, cisgender, middle class, etc., his life is hard because he’s conservative. he’s essentially a self-described minority and it is the most infuriating thing.

anyway, i’m rambling, so back to the point of the post. the publication or release or whatever of the book has been postponed, but i will be sure to download it once it is actually released.

i’ll let you all know how it is!

It actually released today. I got a copy for 18 and change. Its suppose to arrive around the 30th. So maybe you can download it already?
